Necessary Ingredients
Poha - 2 cups
Coriander - 1/5 cup
Green chili - 3
Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt-wise
Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
Udal Dal - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh Coconut - 1/3 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Curry leaves - 10 to 15
Method of preparation: First of all, clean the poha and leave it in a sieve and keep it in a vessel. Now add coconut, coriander leaves, green chillies and lemon juice to the grinder and grind coarsely. After this, heat oil in a pan and add a mustard-1/2 teaspoon, urad dal-1 teaspoon and curry leaves. Now pour the coarsely ground paste into this pan and mix well and cook. After cooking for three to four minutes, add poha to this pan and mix well. Delicious coriander poha is now ready to serve.
