Ingredients for making spinach pakodas-
2 cups spinach
1 cup besan
2 tbsp rice flour
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger and chilli paste
1/2 tsp ajwainati spoon chaat masala
1/2 tsp baking soda
Salt to taste
For oil frying

Method of making spinach pakodas- First of all, add besan, rice flour, baking soda, salt, thyme and turmeric to a bowl and mix. Now after this, you add spinach to it and mix a little water to prepare a batter. Now heat the oil in a pan and make small dumplings from the prepared batter. After this, remove the dumplings on the paper towel, so that the extra oil comes out. Take hot pakoras paired with green chutney or tea.
