New Delhi: SpiceJet airline has introduced a special facility for air travellers. The company is now going to provide automated customer service and check-in facility on WhatsApp as well. Earlier these facilities were available only on the airline company's website and mobile app. In this context, the company issued a statement "SpiceJet's automated customer service agent is called 'Ms Pepper'. Passengers can avail themselves with the service by reaching these agents on mobile number 6000000006."

According to SpiceJet, the Spice Screen is the first of its kind, light-in-weight, wireless entertainment system, in which content will be made available to passengers through a Wi-Fi connection to their personal devices.
