In Suryapet, the hills of Sri Lakshmanarsingha Swamy Temple are going to develop as a tourist destination. On Sunday, in this view, Rajya Sabha member Badugula Lingayag Yadav said that the Undrukonda hills would be developed as a tourist destination. Lingaiah Yadav, who started world tourism day celebrations at the Undrukonda Sri Lakshminarsingha Swamy Temple premises in The Chivenma Mandal in the district, said there are many temples and green nature environment in the hills.

The Tourism Department has already prepared a plan in this regard. He reminded that the temple lake was renovated at a cost of Rs 10 lakh and a meeting hall of Rs 20 lakh was also built at Undruganda.
