New committee constituted for investigation of Srisailam powerhouse fire accident

Hyderabad: In the past, there was a lot of panic about the Srisailam Power House fire accident. In such a situation, the Telangana government has now issued a new order. Indeed, the investigation of the Srisailam Power House fire accident has been expedited since the past. Srisailam Power House has constituted another committee to investigate the fire accident. In such a situation, the government has now constituted a four-member new inquiry committee headed by TS SPDCL CMD Raghuram Reddy. An order has also been issued by the CMD of Telangana.

Actually, a directive has been given to the committee in the order. Which is that the report of the inquiry should be submitted within 15 days. Apart from this, there are reports of Srinivas Rao (JMD), Jagat Reddy (Director of Transmission), Sachchidanandam (Project Director of TS Genco) and Ratnakar (Convenor) in the newly constituted inquiry committee. By the way, you must be aware that before this, the Government has constituted a Jant Committee under the leadership of Additional DG of Govt. Actually, this committee has also started an investigation into the fire accident.

With this, it is being told that the committee did the second day today during the accident site and has collected some evidence. Let us also tell you that in the past, 9 people died in Srisailam fire accident. At the same time, there were 8 people who were successful in saving their lives. After this accident, Chief Minister KCR has announced one crore compensation to the families of the deceased and a government job to a family member.
