Tadasan
The first and simplest posture is Tadasana. By doing this aasana, the process of breathing becomes correct. It is done before doing all the asanas. To do this posture, standing upright and keeping the breath under control, the hands are moved upwards towards the air. By doing this aasana, the body is stretched and the body becomes shapely.

Vertical signature
By doing vertical signing, it helps to make the body relaxed. This asana is similar to tadasana, but in this, lifting the ankles upwards, move the hands up and tilt the body to the left and then to the right. While doing this asana, keep breathing normally.

Intense side stretch pose
Standing in Tadasana posture, move your hands backwards and make a posture of salutation and after that, bend your legs back and forth and lean forward from the hip. Breathe 5 times and release. By increasing the practice gradually, you can increase the time. Doing this increases flexibility in the body.
