Ingredients for Apple Smoothie:
1 large Apple, (peeled and chopped)
1/2 cup Milk
1/3 cup Plain Yogurt or flavored vanilla Yogurt
5 Almonds (optional)
1 teaspoon Sugar
A dash of ground Cinnamon (optional)
Method:
Cut the apples into large pieces and deseed all the apples. Put apple in a blender jar and add almonds in it. Add yogurt, milk and sugar.
Now blend well the mixture. Make sure no chunk of fruits remains unblend. Pour into a glass and sprinkle cinnamon power over it. Apple Smoothie is ready.
