Prayagraj: MP of Rampur Azam Khan, his wife Tanjim Fatima and son Mo. The Allahabad High Court has given a strong blow to Abdullah Azam Khan. Where the court has refused to quash the trial and charge sheet in the Rampur court against Abdullah for making fake birth certificate. Justice Manjoorani Chauhan gave this order. Has given on the petition of Azam Khan and two others.

According to information Akash Saxena, the regional convener of a political party, has accused Abdullah Azam Khan of preparing a fake birthdate to make him an MLA from Swar. Taking cognizance of the charge sheet of the police, ACJM Rampur has issued summons to the accused and ordered to appear. The court has rejected the petition filed in the case where the action of the case and the demand for cancellation of the charge sheet. The court, citing the Supreme Court's decision, said that the charge sheet has prima facie basis for prosecuting the criminal. There is no justification for quashing the case.

The court also said that any person has the right to register an FIR for the crime. If the charge sheet makes a prima facie criminal case, the evidence of the charge will be considered at the time of trial. This decision of the court can increase the difficulties of Azam Khan's family. It is also being said that Abdullah Azam Khan has received high school, intermediate, BTech and MTech education. His date of birth is recorded in his educational marks and certificates on January 1, 1993, while on 28 June 2012, Abdullah Azam Khan got a new date of birth certificate from Rampur Nagar Palika Parishad. The date of birth was changed to 30 September 1990. The certificate of birth date of 30 September 1990 was again made in 2015 from Municipal Council Lucknow without repealing it. The police has filed a charge sheet in this entire case.
