On Tuesday, BJP MLA Nand Kishore Gurjar from the Loni assembly seat of Ghaziabad gave his clarification about the incident in the assembly. He expressed regret over Tuesday's incident in the assembly and said, "My intention was not to hurt anyone's feelings. I only wanted to raise the issue of harassment and corruption of public representatives by the authorities, but I did not get a chance. Hope I get justice." He further said, "When I raise my voice, I am sued. This is how the Chief Minister's dream of 0% tolerance will come true. I am very upset by this."

In his statement, BJP MLA Nand Kishore Gurjar said that the officials are taking commission openly. He has the birthright of commissioning. These officers are fully involved in corruption. Only 1 or 2% officers are showing honesty. The MLA while referring to an incident said that the officials are deliberately harassing the people's representatives. Those officers do not listen.

Apart from this, the BJP MLA said that if the properties of the officers are investigated, the truth will be revealed. Along with this, NGOs of officers' wives should also be investigated. He said, "I was called a criminal, which made me sad. I hope for justice I have never asked any officer for any work. The old tradition of dishonesty which is going on should be investigated and the action should be taken." He further said, "I never took a rupee commission, but officers are taking 18 to 22% commission here. Even commission is demanded in the MLA fund. On opposing the commission, the officials said that in previous governments used to take 18%, now they take 4%.
