New Delhi: Vaccination drive is on to get rid of corona outbreak. The campaign is set to gain new momentum from May 1. Vaccination will open for everyone above the age of 18 years from May 1. But the mission seems to be receiving an eclipse, as many state governments have said that they do not have enough vaccines. In such a situation, it is difficult to get vaccinated at every place. On the other hand, the Central Government says that more than one crore vaccines are available with the State Governments.

With the new phase of vaccination beginning May 1, the Central Government says that the States, Union Territories still have 1 crore vaccines left. While 80 lakh doses are reaching more in the next three days. The Government of India has so far given 15 to the States. 65 crore vaccines have been made available free of cost.

According to the Central Government, so far the states have totaled 14. 64 crore doses have been used. There are one crore doses left and more than 80 lakh doses will be available to the states in the next three days. A letter has been written to the states by the Central Government regarding vaccination. In it, the Centre has said that the vaccine stock should be used in such a way that people above the age of 18 years get a new supply of the vaccine. The supply which is being supplied directly to the states should be used for people above the age of 18 years.
