Paneer is very beneficial for health, Indian people like paneer and there are many ways to make it. The nutrients found in milk are also found in cheese. So, today we will teach you to make a special dish of paneer named Paneer Coriander Ginger.

Ingredients -

Paneer - 200 gms Onion paste - 1 bowl Finely chopped tomatoes - 1 bowl Red Chilli Powder- 50g Coriander Powder - 50g Turmeric Powder - 50g Tomato Sauce - 100 gms Finely chopped green chillies - 50 grams Rye - 50 grams Ginger - 50 grams Finely chopped ginger - 50 gms Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons Cooking Oil (Oil) - 100ml Salt - according to taste

Method -

1. First pour oil in a pan. Now put onion paste and roast it well then add green chillies and roast it.

2. When it is fry well, add half a spoon of turmeric powder, red chillies and finely chopped ginger, then add 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes, 1 spoon coriander powder and tomato sauce. Then put chopped coriander and cook well.

3. Now add two teaspoons lemon juice, ginger, chopped paneer and cook it for 5 minutes and take off from the gas.

4. Heat a little oil in a pan and add little mustard seeds, red chilli powder and salt. Put this on made paneer masala. 5. Your paneer coriander ginger ready. You can serve it with a roti or butter naan.
