An attempt was made to find answers to this question—how should the office work after the Corona epidemic and what should be more focused?—in a survey of 3000 CEOs from around the world. According to this IBM CEO report for 2021, it's critical to eliminate distractions, toss out pointless customs, and capitalize on special advantages. The Corona epidemic, according to Mark Foster, senior vice president of IBM Services, has presented a fresh challenge to business leaders regarding where they should and shouldn't focus their attention. Like how the business is now focusing on its employees. This report is divided into three sections: priorities, benefits, and learnings.

Preferences

Agility, technology, and regulation are the top three priorities for work following the pandemic. Being agile entails getting ready to be able to react quickly. Over the next two to three years, 56% of CEOs want to work actively on improving operational flexibility and agility. In the coming years, technology will also have a significant impact on business. CEOs are focusing on technologies like the Internet of Things, connected devices, cloud computing, and AI. Focusing on regulation was cited as a priority by half of the CEOs polled. This is a reflection of governments becoming more assertive regarding trade, data, and privacy.

The Internet of Things is a top priority for 79% of CEOs. 74 percent of people are interested in cloud computing, and 52 percent of CEOs want to work on artificial intelligence.

Benefit

2. Technology: CEOs of prosperous businesses concentrate on new technologies and seize the chance and risk of adopting them.

3. Employees: One of the most important areas of focus for innovative companies is the remote work environment (Work from Home) that Corona created. This is considered a significant challenge by 50% of CEOs.

4. Open innovation: To stay competitive, 63% of CEOs are focusing on open innovation.

5. Cybersecurity: According to 26% of businesses, the biggest challenge in the coming years will be cybersecurity.

Learning
