Momos are trending a lot these days and every child likes it too. It is the most famous street food and almost everyone likes it. By the way, it is basically a Tibetan dish, which is made both by veg and non-veg. But in our country it is made with vegetable so that the taste of momos has come even better. Momos are made only by steaming, but now many ways are being tweaked in view of its popularity. Today we are going to tell you its recipe.
Momose - 14 pieces
Green chili - 15 grams
Garlic - 10 buds
Chopped onion - 45 grams
Capsicum - 1
Carrot - 1
Chutney - 80 grams
Red Chili Paste - 1 Table Spoon
Vinegar - 1/4 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1/4 Table Spoon
Tomato Sauce - 60 grams
Green Onion - For Garnishing
To make Chili Momos, first place a pan on medium flame on the gas and add oil to it and let it heat up. When the oil is hot, add momos to it and fry till it becomes crisp and golden brown and remove from the pan.
Now put momos chutney, red chilli paste, vinegar, soy sauce and catchup in a bowl and mix well.
Put a pan on medium flame on the gas and add oil as per your taste and allow it to heat up. When the oil is hot, add chopped green chilies and garlic buds and fry it for five minutes.
Now add chopped onion and capsicum, carrot and fry it. Now add salt to these vegetables as well as add all the sauces as well and fry them for two minutes.
Then add the fried momos and cook for five minutes. Now turn off the gas.
Your chili momos is ready, garnish it with green onions and serve hot.
