Manchester City holds a winning title with 2-0 when Raheem Sterling and Tyrone Mings hit goals against Bournemouth and is now positioned at the second place in the Premier League. The win from sixth position to second took place at Vitality Stadium on Monday.

This was a third league win consecutively which have caused City to kindle FA Cup this season and Champions League games to be played in following eight days.

Guardiola quoted "We made a real performance. I am so pleased with how we did and especially the last 10-15 minutes, we did the right way to make the result with a thousand million passes."

Commenting on the injury of Gabriel Jesus, he added on "Hopefully it won't be for a long time -- I will pray tonight -- we will have to wait until tomorrow."
