Dehradun: In a disturbing occurrence, a Class 7 student in his 12th year is accused of sodomising a Class 3 kid in his 7th year. The Raipur region has reported the event. The event happened in June, but it wasn't until the victim's father officially reported it to the police on Wednesday that the issue was brought to their attention.

Both the victim and the accused live in the same area, said an unnamed police official. According to reports, the accused went into the home of the younger child while he was alone, showed him porn on his phone, and then sodomised him. 

The culprit then walked away, threatening the victim not to tell his family about the incident. A day after the occurrence, both families learned about it but decided not to call the police.

An arrangement was made between the families of the accused and the victim to send the accused to stay with relatives in a different town in order to avoid police involvement. The victim's relatives objected when the accused went back home a few weeks ago. This disagreement ultimately resulted in the Wednesday filing of an official police report.

The Mumbai Police opened an investigation into a case of sexual assault involving a 10-year-old boy who was sodomised by a 14-year-old fellow inmate and lived at a suburban children's home earlier this year. A police official said that early evidence indicates that the 14-year-old sexually molested the kid on Monday. To find out if the boy had previously experienced sexual assault, investigators are working.
