The much awaited superhero movie  Avengers: Endgame now in theaters, that's the downright scary proposition Google on Thursday began offering users of its search engine who did a simple query for Thanos, the fictional supervillain who snapped away half the universe in 2018's Avengers: Infinity War. (The Easter egg originally launched Wednesday afternoon but -- as if snuffed out by Thanos -- it quickly vanished until Thursday.)

Just Google “Thanos” on desktop or mobile, and then click the gauntlet.  Clicking the gem-studded gauntlet triggers an Easter egg and the power of the Infinity Stones to wipe out half the search results on the page. Click the glove again to return your world to normal — if only it was that easy.

Meanwhile, Avengers: Endgame has cast its magic across the globe and the box office records have been shattered. In China, the superhero saga has already collected Rs 1200 crore which is the highest in the South Asian nation.
