Street Dancer 3D, directed by Hindi cinema choreographer and director Remo D'Souza, performed poorly earlier than expected in the first week. This film by actors Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor could do less than the previous dance film ABCD 2 collection in the first week. The film was largely released in 2D and 3D formats. Still, according to trade reports, Street Dancer 3D has collected 3.43 crores on Thursday, the seventh day of release, with the film's net collection in the first week being 56.77 crores. If compared to Remo's previous dance film ABCD 2, then the film has lagged behind. ABCD 2 had collected 71.78 crores in the first week of release.

Apart from this, Working Days are very important for the film, as its challenges will increase after the release of new films Jawani Jaaneman and Happy Hardy and Heer from next Friday. Apart from Varun and Shraddha, Prabhu Deva and Nora Fatehi are also seen in important roles in the film. The same street dancer is also being influenced by Ajay Devgn's Tanaji - The Unsung Warrior, which is also in the third week. This is Varun's first release this year. Last year, he had only one film, Kalan, which was a flop at the box office.
