According to the report, the company has recently started operation of a new manufacturing plant. On which production of expanded polystyrene (EPS) is only to be started. EPS is a crucible foam used in helmet production. It is considered to be the most important part of the helmet. The company has invested a total of 40 crores rupees on this plant, and it is spread over about 1.5 acres. .
The company claims that about 75 lakh motorcycle helmets are to be manufactured every year in the newly started production plant. This plant has the power to make 15 lakh bicycle helmets. The plant is expected to provide employment to more than 1500 people. Siddharth Bhushan Khurana, managing director of Studds Accessories, commented on the inauguration of the new plants, saying, "This step is for us to 'make in India' in front of the world. The commitment proves. Our new plant will see an increase in employment prospects for local citizens as well as overall economic growth. "
