Lucknow: An LLM student who accused former Union Minister Chinmayananda alias Krishpal Singh of sexual exploitation has now changed her statement. She has retracted her old statement. According to the recent information, the prosecution has declared her a traitor because of her allegations. He has filed an application against her in the court for allegedly making false statements under section 340. The special judge of the MP-MLA court, Pawan Kumar Rai, has issued orders to file the prosecution application and give it to the victim and the accused.

It also says that she should file her reply on the prosecution application. According to the information received, the matter is now to be heard on 15th October i.e. A petition has been made under Section 340 against the student on behalf of the public prosecutor Abhay Tripathi stating that on 5th September-2019, the student herself had lodged a report at thana Lodhi Colony Police station in New Delhi which was linked with the report lodged by the victim's father in Shahjahanpur. Thereafter, the SIT recorded the victim's statement. Her statement was recorded before the magistrate in Shahjahanpur.

In both the statements, the student had rightly pointed out the incident, but she deliberately changed her statement in the court's testimony on October 9. It has entered into an agreement with the accused. Therefore, action may be taken against it under section 340 of the CRPC. '
