Hyderabad: In a terrific incident, teacher hit a class 10 student with a duster for not paying fine, which created a blood clot in the student’s mind.
The victim identified as Suresh Kumar, a student of Rajdhani School, in Hyderabad had to be operated after object hit him on the head and he fell unconscious, which then formed a blood clot in the Suresh’s mind.
The incident happened when teacher filled with anger when student did not pay fine of Rs. 100 for missing school for three days.
The interrogation is underway and the teacher has been charged with assault.
