To avoid lockdown blues, it is good to make new things in food and people are also doing this. Although at this time people are not able to eat outside food, but such things can be made at home, which can also outperform hotel food. So today we tell you the recipe of Stuffed Moong Dal Potato Roll.

necessary ingredients

- A cup of soaked green moong
- 50 grams curd
- Asafoetida (hing)
- two teaspoon gram flour
- A pinch of baking powder
- Two big boiled potatoes
- two teaspoons of oil
- half teaspoon cumin seeds
- Onion finely chopped
- half teaspoon red chili powder
- Half teaspoon Amchur Powder
- Green Coriander Leaf
Salt as per taste


Method of preparation - To make it, mix curd in moong dal and grind it finely in a grinder. Now add gram flour, asafoetida, baking powder and salt. After this, heat the oil in a pan to prepare the ingredients for stuffing and when the oil gets hot, add cumin seeds. After adding cumin, add onion and green chilli and fry it and then add potatoes and all other spices. Now keep stirring it occasionally and take it off after cooking for two minutes. Now after doing all this, put some oil on a nonstick pan and put it on the flame and spread the oil. Now sprinkle some water on it and wipe it with a clean wet cloth and then spread the mixture of moong dal and curd like a dosa on the pan and put some oil on the edges. Now spread the potato mixture on it and roll it and bake until golden brown. Similarly, bake all the rolls alternately and eat them with any sauce or chutney.
