BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy aimed to the finance minister Arun Jaitley on the Vijay Mallya escape issue. He asked the question sabout the escape of Mallya and claimed that modification is done in his look out report which helped Mallya to fly to London.

Swamy first retweeted his tweet of June 12 that reads Mallya could not escape from India because of a strong Look Out Notice for him at airports. He then came to Delhi and met someone who was powerful enough to change the Notice from blocking his departure to just reporting his departure. Who was that person who dilute this LON?

On Thurday Swamy claimed that modification has been done in Look out notice of CBI and wrote that he learned from his sources that the Lookout Notice issued by CBI for Mallya was modified from “Block Departure” to “Report Departure” on October 24, 2015 on orders from someone in MoF. Who?

 On Wednesday, Mallya claimed that he had met the Finance minister Arun Jaitley before flying to London. This statment is creating problem for Jaitley. Vijay Mallya owes more than Rs 9,000 crore to Indian banks. He left the country in March 2016 without clearing his loan.

In response to to claim of Mallya, Jaitley said that He do remember on one occasion, he misused his privileges of Member of Rajya Sabha and while he was walking from the Rajya Sabha to his  room and Mallya suggested that he was going to make some offer of settlement. Finance Minister further said that he did not even bother to get details from Mallya.
