Jashpur: In Chhattisgarh's Jashpur district, an unidentified person lost his life after coming in contact with the wire of a roadside electric pole in a private bus on Wednesday evening. A police officer said that the accident took place at around 6.30 pm in Dokra outpost area of ​​Kansbel police station area of ​​the district. The bus carrying about a dozen passengers came in contact with the wire of an electric pole on the roadside, causing a short circuit, which led to the fire, the official said.

He also said that one of the passengers was burnt to death while the other was rescued with the help of local residents.
