Permanent Roommates starrer Sumeet Vyas tests positive

Many Bollywood celebrities have been diagnosed with novel coronavirus. In the nation, Maharashtra is the state which has badly suffered from second wave of corona. Lately, a statement revealing Sumeet Vyas is COVID positive has come out. He has recently put out a post on Instagram informing his fans about his condition. 

In the post above, he wrote “HELLO, SO I’VE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19.” The actor of Veere Di Wedding, Sumeet told that he is home quarantine and taking all the precautions guided by his doctor. He also mentioned that he has very mild neglible symptoms but as a precaution it's better to stay isolated and monitor health. He has made a request to people who all came in contact with him in these few days to get tested. In the meanwhile, comedian Sunil Grover commented reacting to his post, “Get well soon brother”. Sumeet ended his post telling all to “Stay safe.”

Some of the other big personalities of Bollywood were diagnosed with Corona like Akshay Kumar, Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor amongst others. Talking about Sumeet Vyas workfront, he is one of the first stars to shine bright out of the emerging web series scene in India. He acted in Permanent Roommates season 1 and 2 and his last theatrical release was Rajkumar Rao starrer Made in China.
