The finale of Super Singer Junior Season 6 was held at the Nehru Stadium in Chennai. Hrithik emerged as the winner of singing reality show Super Singer Junior Season 6. The 16-year old boy has walked away with a house worth Rs 50 lakh along with a trophy. While Hrithik won the title of the winner, the fellow contestants Soorya and Poovaiyaar emerged as the first and second runner-ups respectively.

After winning the show,Hrithik expressed his gratitude towards his fans and family. He said, "I am extremely happy to have won the trophy. I thank the people who voted for me, my trainers, judges and my school for their encouragement."

Hrithik bagged Rs 25 lakh worth gold prize, whereas Poovaiyar bagged Rs 10 lakh prize.

The Super Singer Junior Season 6 was hosted by VJ Priyanka Deshpande and Ma Ka Pa Anand and judged by legendary singers Shankar Mahadevan, Singer Chithra, Singer SPB Charan and Singer Kalpana.The finale of the saw a talented group of six young children namely Ahana, Hrithik, Sinmaye, Anushya, Poovaiyar and Soorya, who competed against each other for the coveted title. All six of them kept up the good work to pave their way to the finale.
