New Delhi: The agitation of the farmers against the three agricultural laws of the Center continues unabated. On the plea to remove farmers from the roads, a hearing was held again today in the bench of Chief Justice SA Bobde of the apex court. During the hearing, the court asked the government to find the possibility of holding agricultural laws.

The Supreme Court further said that it accepts the right of the farmers to agitate and cannot curtail the right of the farmers to 'Right to Protest'. Chief Justice SA Bobde, who is hearing the case said, 'we have to see that the farmer should demonstrate himself and the rights of the people are not violated'. The hearing has been postponed in the apex court regarding the farmers' agitation. The committee could not be decided due to the absence of any farmers' organization in the court.

The Supreme Court says that they will give their verdict only after talking to the farmers. A further bench will hear this matter further. The Supreme Court has a winter holiday, so only the Vacation Bench will hear it. The court said that farmers cannot promote violence. Neither can jam a city. Jamming Delhi may cause many to starve. Your purpose can be fulfilled by conversation, just sitting on the protest will not work.
