New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday said that the evaluation plan of the CBSE has finalised the evaluation plan for the evaluation of students of class XII who have been cancelled due to the corona epidemic. With this, the scheme has also been sealed by the Supreme Court.

Supreme Court not to reconsider: Final sealing of evaluation plan issue The apex court has said that the issue is not going to be reconsidered. Therefore, the scheme of CBSE is not going to be allowed to challenge even the petitioners who have no case relating to this scheme or evaluation of marks.

What did the court say to the petitioner?: Where it has been found that we can make it clear that as far as the evaluation plan of class XII students is concerned, it has come to a final shape. A bench of Justices A M Khanwilkar and C T Ravikumar told the counsel appearing for the petitioners that we will not reopen the issue. The petitioners are questioning the ratio prescribed in the scheme prepared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), which has already been approved by the apex court and similar arguments for reconsideration have already been rejected.
