NEW DELHI: In the third day's hearing in the Ayodhya case, the lawyer appearing for Ram Lalla Virajman, Parasaran, said that the land of birth is very important. Ram's birthplace means a place where everyone has faith and trust.

Justice Ashok Bhushan asked lawyer whether a place of birth could be a judicial person. We understand an idol to be a judicial person, but what is the law on a birth? On this, Ram Lalla's lawyer Parasaran said it was a question that needs to be determined. Justice Bobade referred to the Uttarakhand HC judgement which gave the river the right to be a living person.

As soon as the hearing began, Subramanian Swamy wanted to stand up and refer his writ petition to the court but the court stayed him. The top court said it would listen to them when the appropriate time comes. Swamy has sought the unimpeded fundamental right to worship Lord Rama in the petition. Earlier on Wednesday, Justice Boba, on behalf of a five-judge Constitution bench, asked the counsel Parasaran of Sriramla Virajman that even questions on the birthplace of Jesus raised.
