New Delhi: Pollution problem is increasing in Delhi-NCR at this time. In such a case, a hearing has been held in the Supreme Court on Friday and the Supreme Court has asked the Central Government to work on the issue of pollution. Not only this, but also instructions have been given that action should be taken soon on the problem of smog in Delhi-NCR.
Many petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court on the matter of pollution, in view of them, now it has been said to hear only after the Diwali holidays. During the recent hearing in the court, the Chief Justice said that 'many commissions are working on the issue of pollution, but make sure that there is no smog in the city. On which SC said that officers should deal with this problem, they have both money and power. ' It was also said on behalf of the government in the court, 'The commission made for air quality will start working from today'.
The court has taken information about the working of this entire commission. During this time, the counsel for the petitioners also said that the chairman of the commission is not a pollution expert. This situation may become worse. The Central Government has constituted a committee to work on the matter of pollution and the notification has been taken out on Friday. According to the information received, the tenure of this committee has been kept for three years.
