New Delhi: While hearing the case related to Way B Series Tandav, the Supreme Court has made a big comment on Friday. The Supreme Court has asked the central government to formulate rules to control digital content. Along with this, the court has also stopped the arrest of Aparna Purohit of Amazon Prime.

Hearing the petition filed by Aparna Purohit of Amazon Prime, the apex court commented on the matter. The court said that we have got guidelines made by the government, there is no provision for any kind of punishment in it. Nor is there any way to control the content. On behalf of the government, the Solicitor General told the court that we will prepare a draft to control the content. But there is no censorship or regulation of any kind at this time. We can draft in this case.

On behalf of Aparna Purohit in the court, it was said that we are cooperating in the investigation, although the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court has not heard our plea. Now the top court has issued a notice on this issue. The apex court granted relief to Aparna Purohit and stayed the arrest. The court issued a notice saying that the petitioner should cooperate in the investigation. On behalf of Aparna Purohit, Mukul Rohatgi said in the court that the scene which was objectionable has been removed. Porn is not served on Amazon, Netflix, but rather the best movies are shown which are popular all over the world.
