Hearing the plea seeking adequate facilities for migrating workers from Delhi, the apex court said that the danger of Coronavirus is more due to fear and chaos in the people. The court has filed an affidavit from the Center seeking details of the steps taken by the government. The Supreme Court has said that we are not considering this petition as antithetical. But this petition should not be publicized in such a way that the court will find a way to allow the escape.

The court has said that the exodus must be stopped in any case. The next hearing on this will be on Tuesday. The petition has demanded to provide food and medical facilities to the migrating labourers. Along with this, the petition has also demanded to give shelter to everyone in government buildings immediately.
