New Delhi: Several petitions related to Jammu and Kashmir were heard in the Supreme Court on Monday. CPI (M) leader Sitaram Yechury also filed a petition in the court and informed about the health of his party leader MY Tarigami. During this time, he told the court that Tarigami was not allowed to move out of the Jammu and Kashmir building. On which the top court immediately allowed MY Tarigami to visit Jammu and Kashmir.

Actually, Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said during the hearing that the location of MY Tarigami has been found out, so what is the hurry to hear. During this time, the court inquired about his health. It was told by the government that he is currently in the Jammu and Kashmir building. After hearing, Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi allowed MY Tarigami to visit Jammu and Kashmir.

The Chief Justice also asked why Tarigami has been kept in Jammu Kashmir Bhavan till now. If his health is good and he wants to go, then why is he being stopped? On behalf of Sitaram Yechury's lawyer, it was said that MY Tarigami was not allowed to move out of the Jammu and Kashmir building, after which the court allowed him.
