New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh's Yogi Adityanath government on Wednesday filed its reply in the apex court in connection with a comment made by the Allahabad High Court during the second wave of corona epidemic. The Allahabad High Court in a comment had called UP's 'Ram Biswas'. Now the state government has given information about the health system in the apex court.

The UP government has informed that there are 289 community health care centres in the state, each of which has two bypass machines. A total of 298 oxygen centres have been provided by the central government, while 20,000 contours are being procured by the state government. While hearing the case, SG referred to the Allahabad High Court order before the apex court and said that the High Court had asked for 2-2 ICU ambulances to be provided in all the villages of the state in 1 month, how practical is it?

The apex court has also considered the high court's order impractical. The Supreme Court has said it will also consider setting limits on court orders to be passed in public interest cases. The next hearing on the case will currently be held on August 10. In its affidavit, the UP government has stated that there are a total of 2200 life support ambulances in the state, while there are 250 Advanced Life Support Ambulances. With this, a total of 1771 oxygen compressors have been provided at 273 community health centres in the state.
