New Delhi: The country's largest court heard a petition to direct the authorities to immediately remove the farmers agitating on the borders of Delhi against the three agricultural laws brought by the central government. During this time, the petitioner referred to the Shaheen Bagh case for the removal of the farmers lying on the borders of Delhi.

On this, the Chief Justice of India said that no example can be given in the case of law and order. At the same time, after hearing, the Supreme Court has sent notices to the Central and State Governments of Punjab and Haryana in this regard. The next hearing on this matter will be held tomorrow. A division bench of Chief Justice SA Bobde, Justice AS Bopanna and Justice V Ramasubramanian allowed the peasant organizations to form parties.

The Supreme Court has asked Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing on behalf of the Center, to set up a committee comprising representatives of government, unions, government and other stakeholders in India to resolve the issue. The court also said that it will soon become a national issue and it does not appear to be resolving through the government.
