The Supreme Court said that the UP government should contact the Chairman of Rajya Sabha for the case. Considering the nature of the matter, a fast decision is needed. The next hearing on this matter will be held in the second week of March.

The top court questioned Sanjay Singh about how many FIRs have been lodged against you. On this, Vivek Tankha told the court that similar FIRs have been registered at 14 places. It is political. The Supreme Court said that we have sent a notice as to why all FIRs should not be clubbed.
