New Delhi: The Supreme Court has been upset with the Uttar Pradesh government these days. Due to this, the Supreme Court has made a serious comment on the UP government. The apex court said that Jungle Raj has been established in UP. Why does it happen that in most of the cases, the lawyers presented by the UP government do not have proper instructions from the concerned authority. The bench made this remark during the hearing of a management case involving a temple of hundreds of years old in Bulandshahr.

A bench headed by Justice NV Ramna asked the Additional Advocate General, appearing on behalf of the UP government, whether there was a trust or a charity trust act in UP? Is there any law regarding the temple and charitable donations? The UP government's lawyer said that he had no idea about this. Angry at this, the bench said, it seems that the state government does not want there to be a law. The bench said, it seems Jungle Raj is there. We are upset with the UP government. It is seen every day that the lawyers presented by the government do not have proper instructions. Be it civil or criminal.

The bench asked why this is happening. The angry bench has now summoned the Chief Secretary of UP in this case of 2009. The bench said, "We want to know directly from the Chief Secretary whether there is any law regarding temple and charitable donations in UP?" The bench has asked the Chief Secretary to appear on Tuesday. let us tell you that BJP used to accuse the former SP government of running Jungle Raj.
