New Delhi: People are facing a lot of difficulties due to farmers blocking Delhi's Singhu border (Singhu Border). Residents of Sonepat had filed a petition in the Supreme court over the case on which the Supreme Court has refused to give any order. Moreover, the Supreme Court has asked people to approach the high court in the case.

Justice DY Chandrachud said, 'Why don't you go to the High Court? You appeal to the High Court. It will look into the problems of the common man. The state government will also respond better there. The petitioner's counsel said that farmers have been sitting on the borders of Delhi for the past several months, violating the rights of the common people. The petitioner's counsel said, 'On August 23, the Supreme court had said that the road should not be blocked. The central and state governments came up with a solution. In view of this order, we have approached the Supreme court, so a one-way highway route should be opened.'

Justice Chandrachud said that we will give the approval to withdraw the petition on your behalf. You go there and ask for proper order. The farmers have been agitating against the Centre's three agricultural laws on the borders with Delhi since November last year. He has repeatedly expressed fear of abolishing the Minimum Support Price (MSP) of laws and making them a crown of mercy for big corporates. Several rounds of talks were held between the government and farmers in this regard, but no solution has been found.
