New Delhi: The Supreme Court today is all set to give its verdict in the Nirbhaya gang rape case which took place back on December 16. It is said that the SC will deliver its verdict by around 2:00 PM.
The matter is being heard by the apex court bench headed by Justice Dipak Misra and consisting of Justices R. Banumathi and Ashok Bhushan.
The Delhi High Court has been challenged by the convicts - Akshay, Pawan, Vinay Sharma and Mukesh. The trial court had awarded them death penalty to the four convicts.
