New Delhi: The 10th day of hearing of the Supreme Court Constitution bench on the Ayodhya Ram temple and Babri Masjid case will be held today. Gopal Singh Visharad will present his case before the court today. On Wednesday, lawyer C.S. Vaidyanathan, appearing for Ram Lalla Virajman, had completed his arguments. He had said that whether the temple was on the disputed land or not, whether the statue was or not, the faith of the people is enough to prove that it is the birthplace of Lord Ram.

Vaidyanathan had said that when the property is vested in God, no one can take away that property and the right of God cannot be taken away from that property. The law of adverse registration will not apply to such properties. Vaidyanathan, a lawyer for RamLalla, had said that Ram Lalla, who was present at the temple, legally holds the status of a minor. The property of a minor cannot be given or split to anyone. For thousands of years, people have been worshipping the birthplace. This faith should be recognized by the Supreme Court.

He had said that the other side was sitting dormant for 12 years after the statue of Ram Lalla was found in the disputed structure in 1949. They do not have the right to claim by law. The court values the Hindu faith that has been going on for thousands of years on the birthplace. With this, The counsel for Ram Lalla Virajman, Cs Vaidyanathan, had completed his arguments.
