The petition also mentions the right to worship and Article 21A. The petition said that the apex court never ordered the temple to be demolished, rather it was said to move it. At the same time, the way the temple was demolished, it has been done under a big conspiracy. The petition says that the court should reconsider its decision and pass the order for the construction of the temple.

Many mythological facts have been cited in the petition. The court had said that the temple case of Guru Ravidas in Tughlakabad, Delhi, cannot be given a political colour.
