'Aunty Gang' busted in Bihar by Police, used to sell smack

Muzaffarpur: Police have arrested two women, including the head of the aunt gang selling smack, in Bihar's Muzaffarpur. According to the police, these criminals are famous as aunts among drug addicts. The drug addicts go to their houses to get a smack from them. The police had been receiving information about this for the past few days. Subsequently, the police raided and arrested two women of the gang from near Sikanderpur Stadium.

According to the police, smack was seized from the two criminals named Khushboo and Asha. The culprit, Asha, is said to be Khushboo's mother-in-law. Khushboo's husband and father-in-law are absconding. Police seized 3.284 grams of smack from Khushboo and 8.344 grams from Asha. Apart from this, 12 thousand rupees have been seized from both of them. A case has been registered against both of them on the statement of trainee inspector Ranjan Kumar posted in the city police station.

Police said that the mother-in-law, daughter-in-law, son and husband were doing smack business together in Ambedkar Nagar near Sikanderpur Stadium. Two men fled from the spot after seeing the police vehicle due to the raid. When the arrested woman was questioned by the police, the woman told the police that both the absconding men are Mithu Sahni and Ravi Sahni. The police have registered an FIR against the four. SSP Jayant Kant said that smack has been seized from the arrested woman. FIR was registered against 4 persons. The arrested woman has been produced before the court. Both the women have been sent to judicial custody after their appearance in court. Raids are being conducted to arrest the two absconding criminals. The entire gang is being traced.
