Supreme Court will hear plea over investigation in Sushant case today

The Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case is scheduled to be heard in the Supreme Court on Thursday i.e. today. Today the Supreme Court is going to decide who will investigate the Sushant case. The Supreme Court is also going to hear a petition on behalf of Rhea Chakravarty seeking transfer of the FIR lodged in Patna by Sushant Singh Rajput's father to Mumbai.

The single bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy heard the arguments of Rhea, Sushant's father Krishna Kishore Singh, Bihar government, Maharashtra government and central government on Tuesday. Today the Enforcement Directorate can also record the statement of Sushant's bodyguard. Today is the day that is going to prove important in this case. The Bihar government had claimed in the Supreme Court on Tuesday that the FIR lodged in Patna regarding the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput is more valid as per law.

Bihar had also alleged that Maharashtra police did not cooperate with the state police that reached Mumbai in connection with the investigation of this case. The Bihar government had said that the Mumbai Police did not even provide a copy of the post-mortem report of Sushant Singh Rajput. Apart from this, ED can also record the statement of Sushant's bodyguard, the news about this is coming from yesterday.
