Kishore Krishna Singh, father of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has once again moved the Delhi High Court. The controversy is over the film Nyaya: The Justice which tells a story similar to the life of Sushant Singh Rajput. However, two weeks ago, the High Court had dismissed his father's plea in which he appealed not to show Sushant's name and a similar story.

K K Singh demands that the High Court once again consider that Sushant's name and his fame should not be misused. June 14 was the first death anniversary of Sushant Singh Rajput. Just two days ago, the trailer of the movie Nyaya The Justice was launched. The trailer depicts exactly the same incident as in the life of Sushant Singh Rajput and then whatever happened in the investigation into his death.

As soon as the same Sushant fan saw the trailer, it went up in flames as fans are not ready to believe that Sushant has suicided. Fans have been campaigning for the past one year that the truth about Sushant's death should be revealed to all. On June 10, the Delhi High Court refused to ban the release of the film Justice: The Justice. In the petition, Sushant's father had urged that the story of his son Sushant's life be stayed in the film or whoever misuses Sushant's name should also be strictly dealt.
