Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput gave up his life on 14 June due to depression. After Sushant Singh Rajput said goodbye to the world, now everyone is seen talking on mental health. From common people to Bollywood celebs, people are busy sharing their experience on social media. Sreesanth, a cricketer who appeared in TV' show 'Bigg Boss 12', has also spoken openly about his bad days when he too had to fight depression.

Sreesanth has told that "I was scared of dark because of depression. I had stopped moving out of my house. I used to fear that someone would kidnap me. I lived in depression all the time. I did not want to come out of my room to hide this depression. I always met my parents with a smile on my face. I knew that their heart will break even after seeing me sad. I often used to sit alone and cry loudly about what has happened to me. After that, I started adopting new habits so that I could stay busy. My family has helped me a lot with this work. I was completely ruined, but there was a time when I decided to return because I understood that my family loves me very much."

It is said that Sreesanth was accused of match-fixing during the 2013 IPL match. After which Sreesanth was arrested, not only that, he was also banned from playing cricket. After all this, Sreesanth's career was completely ruined. Sreesanth could not tolerate and became a victim of depression. You will be surprised to know that Sreesanth was a very good friend of Sushant Singh Rajput. These two have often been seen having fun together.
