Patna: Congress veteran and former Finance Minister P Chidambaram is in the cbi custody. The CBI is answering questions from him. On the other hand, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and BJP leader Sushil Modi has made a big statement in the P Chidambaram case. After which the RJD has attacked Sushil Modi. In fact, Sushil Modi has said that "as Home Minister and Finance Minister in the UPA Government, Chidambaram had assisted Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI, which led to major terrorist incidents at several places and the smuggling of counterfeit notes has increased tremendously."

Chidambaram said that in exchange for helping the country's security and economy, Chidambaram received money through fake companies, which bought properties worth billions of rupees in the name of his son Karthik Chidambaram and other relatives. The RJD has attacked PM Modi's statement. RJD spokesperson Bhai Virendra said that the BJP itself is sinking the country's economy and questioning Chidambaram's tenure.

The RJD leader said that everyone knows that the economy was good for the country during Manmohan Singh's tenure and it is not fair to blame Chidambaram. The BJP wants to implicate Chidambaram. Following the RJD's statement, JD(U) Chief Spokesperson Sanjay Singh said that whoever is involved in corruption today will have a similar fate. In Bihar, Janani Laloo Yadav is also serving a jail term, no matter how powerful a person maybe, if he indulges in corruption, the law will catch him and put him behind bars.
