Speaking to the press in Gonda on the occasion of Dussehra, SP MLC Swami Prasad Maurya said, "A ten-headed person has never been born in a scientific manner and will never be born. As for the symbol of evil, if an effigy is burnt, it is a different matter, but as it is said that Ravana had ten heads, then no child with 10 heads has been born in the world to date. Then how Ravana was born is a big question in itself.''
