Stockholm:  In Sweden, a disturbing incident has surfaced involving the throwing of a dead pig outside a mosque. According to CCTV footage, an unidentified individual arrived in a car and carried out the act. Outraged Muslims have filed a complaint with the police, urging for the arrest and severe punishment of the perpetrator. As of now, the culprit remains unidentified and at large, with authorities actively investigating the matter.

The incident occurred in the city of Skövde, where a mosque was established just a year ago, now boasting a congregation of around a thousand members. Smajo Sahat, the current administrator of the mosque, expressed shock at the occurrence, noting no prior threats or incidents of this nature before. CCTV footage from the mosque captured the event, showing a man stopping in front of the mosque in a car late Tuesday night, tossing items before hastily fleeing the scene. The following morning, mosque attendees discovered the distressing sight of a dead wild pig outside.

Upon learning of the incident, community members swiftly mobilized, protesting against the act and demanding swift action from law enforcement to identify and apprehend the perpetrator. The complaint lodged with the police has targeted individuals believed to be associated with a particular racial group within Sweden. The authorities have initiated an investigation into the matter, though no arrests have been made thus far. Describing the act as one borne out of hatred, the Swedish police have acknowledged the gravity of the situation. Across the globe, Muslims have expressed their indignation over the incident, underscoring the need for justice and solidarity in the face of such hateful acts.
