Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said,“Dozens more were wounded, some of them critically, and it was not immediately able to determine who carried out the Tuesday raids”

When IS dealt a importance blow to Russian backed government forces, the air strikes came after that,driving them out of Raqa province after they came within just 20 kilometres (12 miles) of the Euphrates River and the country's largest dam.
