 Damascus: At least 14 people, including four children killed and 28 wounded in a blast in a car loaded with explosives Sunday evening in the Syrian city of Azaz. The death figure is feared to rise further. According to the news agency, it was a fidayeen attack which was carried out during Iftar near the mosque in the central region of the city. The Azaz city is occupied by Turkish-backed Syrian rebels.

 As per the information received from the sources, no one has claimed responsibility for the attack yet. On Sunday itself, 10 people were also killed in a rocket attack on Syria by the Israeli side. It was a counterattack. Earlier, two rockets were fired at Israel on the Syrian side. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a UK-based watchdog, five civilians and five soldiers were killed in the Syria attack.

According to information, Syria had fired two rockets late Saturday in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights. One of them fell into the Israeli border. "We will not tolerate an attack on our border and will respond strongly to any action," said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the attack.
