New Delhi: Repatriation of foreign Jamaatis who attended the program of Tablighi Jamaat located in Nizamuddin Markaz, Delhi is not possible. The Central Government has given this information in the top court. The central government said that repatriation of these people will not happen until the trial of criminal cases registered against them in any state in India is completed.

Criminal cases are registered in different states against thousands of Jamaatis for violating the guidelines of the Government of India and the State Governments and Police regarding Corona. Whose hearing is yet to be held in the courts. The central government blacklisted thousands of Jamaatis and had their visas revoked, foreign Jamaatis have filed petitions in the apex court against this government order.

In the case of cancellation and blacklisting of visas, the central government told the top court that different orders have been passed in each case. When the Solicitor General gave this information to the court on behalf of the government. 34 members of 34 countries of the Jamaat had filed a petition in the apex court, saying that the visa was cancelled and blacklisted by just a press release of 3,500 foreign members of the Jamaat without hearing.
